ABCO Research Associates Affiliate Program

PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this Affiliate Program is to create new customers for our products. Additionally, we realize that some individuals prefer to purchase products from someone they know and this program allows for that. This might be considered our method of qualifying existing businesses so they might buy our products at wholesale, either directly or indirectly. We wish to accomplish either of the following two things with this program.

1. To put our banner (or approved text) on established web sites and thus reach new people that may not know of our products.
2. To gather data from stores (brick and mortar) that sell Adult products, such as ours, and qualify them to purchase at wholesale.

RULES TO UNDERSTAND AND GO BY:

1. We have an established wholesale price for our machines and on our Affiliate site Order Form we have a set-selling price. If an Affiliate sells our products separately, we assume it will not be for an amount lesser than what is on the Order Form.
2. You are not allowed to give rebates, credits, commissions, kickbacks, free products, free services nor any form of sharing or incentive to induce a customer to buy from you specifically.
3. You are not allowed to create any form of web site that is devoted to our products only. The purpose of the affiliate program is to create new customers that see our banner (or text) on an established web site. Your web site must have another primary purpose and it is that purpose that draws viewers to your site.
4. Advertising can do one of two things. Either create new customers or divert persons already interested in a product, elsewhere. We would like for this Affiliate Program to create new customers and we will not allow anyone to use what we believe to be a diversion of already interested customers. Sponsored Links or any form of advertising on a Search Engine would most likely be a diversion and, if we consider it so, it will not be allowed. If you wish to do any form of promotion that you believe will create new customers, we request you clear it with us before you do so.
   
   Posted 12-31-08 The above rule is being blatantly violated in recent times so effective January 1, 2009, Abco Research Assoicates will no longer pay affiliates (on sales created after this date) who use Sponsored Links or Pay Per Click advertising, on any Search engine, when their listing appears with the word "Sybian" or "Venus 2000" as a search word or as part of a search phrase.
   
   
5. Being an Affiliate does not give exclusivity to anyone, anywhere, to market our products.
6. If we ship direct to an Affiliate at wholesale price, our 45-day trial offer is void to you and any future buyer. If we drop ship to a customer, at your direction, the 45-day trial is in effect and we must receive the full selling price before we ship. We would process this order in the normal way. We would charge the customer your selling price and we would include an Invoice with the order.

You will receive your commission in the usual manner, assuming the customer keeps the product. (Please note- if your selling price is greater than the selling price on the Affiliate Order Form, your commission will be greater than the figures shown below.)

Why should I join?

If you have a Web Site that meets the qualifications above, and (1) you place our banner on your site, and (2) a customer uses that banner to place an order, we will pay you either $200, $220, or $250 for each sale, as defined below.

If your are a store, joining will qualify you to purchase at wholesale. You may then buy our products and have them shipped to you or drop shipped direct to a customer. (Review point 6 just above.)

How does it work?

ABCO offers a 45-day trial period for the Sybian and both models of the Venus 2000. (We reserve the right to extend this trial period, if necessary, to solidify the sale.) A sale is final only when the trial offer period has expired. No commissions shall be paid until ABCO considers the sale final.

• When a customer purchases a Venus 2000 non-remote (machine) from the Extranet Site, using your Banner link, your commission is $200.* **
• When a customer purchases a Venus 2000 with remote (machine) from the Extranet Site, using your banner link, your commission is $220.* **
• When a customer purchases a Sybian (machine) from the Extranet Site, using your Banner link, your commission is $250.* **
• NO commissions are paid by ABCO on any Video, DVD, Attachment, Insert or accessory item of any kind.

* If a customer originally looks at our Extranet site by going through one affiliates banner and then places the order by entering the order form through a different method of entrance, the commission to the first contact site is $75 and the second site receives the difference. You could be in either position in this circumstance.

** EXCEPTION: If you have a web site that qualifies and you become an affiliate, but you do not have a Federal ID # associated with your web site, or store, and you furnish your Social Security number for tax purposes, you will NOT receive a commission on your first sale of either product.

How do I join?

1. You must complete a form and provide all of the information requested.
2. You have a choice of Banners (or you may submit a proposed text link for our approval) to place on your web site. You may choose one or all of the Banners.
3. When you add our Banner to your web site, your customers (browsers) may click on the Banner. This takes them to our Extranet Site. This site is nearly identical to sybian.com. Our software identifies your web site as their entrance point for orders or emails. When a customer contacts Abco via the Internet, for any reason, your web site name will be entered into our database as part of their record. This information will allow us to pay you commission on machines sold at any time in the future, in accordance with the procedures outlined here.

Payout procedure.

All commission payouts are computed approximately monthly, as our schedule allows. Commissions will be paid by an ABCO company check in US dollars (and mailed) or you may choose to be paid through Pay Pal.

Important:

We reserve the right to change this affiliate program and/or pricing structure without notice. If we make changes to the affiliate program and it effects your standing, we will contact you vie email to express our concerns. ABCO is not responsible for invalid email addresses or your failure to read incoming email. We reserve the right to deny anyone the privilege of participation in this program without explanation. ABCO further reserves the right to revoke your affiliate privileges at our discretion.

If you complete and submit our Affiliate Program application, we will review all of the information and notify you of your acceptance or rejection, via email, within one week of your submission date.

Please do not submit this application unless you have an active web site, or a store, and agree to all of the conditions as set forth above.
